I was always a little suspicious of my roommate. Thank you for helping me see that she was trying to login into my laptop when I was out for a run. I've heard of people getting hacked, but I never thought it would happen to me. It just wasn't something I ever paid attention to until one day, I turned on my computer and started getting all these weird pop-ups. I had no idea what that was. Then I got a call that same day from my credit card company that there were these strange charges on my card that were clearly not from me. It was then that I realized that I had been hacked. I felt so frustrated and worried and I didn’t know what to do. It turned into a big mess. Fortunately, I never have to worry about that again.
